It is believed that the use of a low resolution version of this image on Wikimini, a free children's encyclopedia, qualifies as fair use because of the following reasons:

• The image is used in an encyclopedic article to illustrate the related topic, for educational purposes and without any profit intentions.
• No free equivalent exists that would effectively identify the article's subject — no free images have been allocated for this person.
• The image does not limit the ability of the copyright owner(s) to market or sell his/their product.
• The image has been published outside Wikimini; see source above.
• The image is rendered in low resolution to avoid piracy.
• Proper attribution is given to the copyright holder(s).

Any other uses of this image, on Wikimini or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us to request the removal of this image.
